High school and middle school counselors work together to prepare students for the transition from 8th to 9th grade. This webinar is also a great resource for students in 9th-11th grade who are new to our program or just want to know how things work. They will cover important terms to be familiar with, credits, transcripts, and graduation requirements. They will also provide some suggestions for success this coming school year as a high school student.

EA is offering a financial aid webinar for high school students, primarily seniors and juniors, and their parents. We are bringing in a special guest who will provide valuable insight as you navigate the process of paying for college.

The Art of the Scribe Pt. 1 (October 2017)
The Art of a Scribe Pt. 1 is about how to make the most of online Bible Study tools. The goal is to equip students with the tools and basic study methods for how to study the Bible, equipping them to interpret like a scribe (a professional interpreter of Scripture). The Art of a Scribe Pt. 2 will focus purely on the principles of interpretation.

College & Career Webinar (October 2017)
By attending this live session, you will:
- Learn about creating post-high school plans (college, apprenticeship, military, missionary, etc.)
- Understand what to keep in mind when applying for college.
- Know the deadlines for ACT and SAT, as well as the differences between them
- Learn how to request a transcript and ask for teacher recommendations

The Back to School Webinar is geared towards high school students and their parents. This will be the first live meet-and-greet with your counselors, as well as a beginning of the year Q and A session. Parent and students are both welcome! .
