Will Mead graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Biology from Eastern Washington University and holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Seattle Pacific University. He holds state and ACSI certifications. Before joining Enlightium, he worked in local, brick and mortar, private schools, and earlier in his career he worked as a scientist in a clinical laboratory. Will joined Enlightium as a science teacher in 2017, then served in administration before entering his current role as K-12 Principal.
Will and his wife married in 2006 and have four children. In his free time, Will enjoys reading works of science and philosophy, playing chess, and watching musical theatre.

Reshanna has a triple AAS business degree in Business, Marketing, and Management. Prior to moving north of Spokane, Reshanna was involved with the women’s ministry and small group bible studies at her church.
She currently lives North of Spokane with her husband of over 20 years and their teenage niece on their small ranch, “God’s Blessing”. During the 2020 year, Reshanna and her husband welcomed their first grandchild. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, neighbors, and animals, going on walks and bike rides, and working on her never ending list of DIY projects.
One of Reshanna’s favorite moments is when a student has a “lightbulb” moment, and they realize their potential and value to God.

Ms. Benedict began working with Enlightium Academy in 2019. She is state and ACSI certified.
She graduated from Western Washington University with a bachelor’s degree majoring in Business Management and minoring in English. While she was in the business world, she began volunteering with the youth program at her church and teaching Junior Achievement classes in local elementary schools. This fostered her passion for encouraging and working with students and led her to attend Eastern Washington University. She graduated with a Master’s of Science degree in School Counseling in June, 2019. During her time there, she became invested in working with high school students on social-emotional issues, particularly anxiety, and post-secondary planning. She believes in fostering nurturing, encouraging relationships with students and parents and loves seeing students grow through cooperation and learning self-advocacy. She is currently working on her ASCA U Specialist Training in Anxiety and Stress Management.
In her free time, Ms. Benedict loves taking long walks with Hank, her golden retriever, reading, spending time with her friends and family, writing, baking, and trying new foods and recipes.

Haley joined Enlightium Academy in the fall of 2018. She has experience in Children’s Ministry and various customer service roles. Haley enjoys reading, going on walks, and studying God’s word with friends. She lives in Spokane, WA with her husband.

Mr. Lindberg received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies with an Interdisciplinary in Education from Moody Bible Institute in 2016. Mr. Lindberg is ACSI certified.
Mr. Lindberg has been with the Enlightium team since 2015 working first as a high school Bible and mathematics teacher. He now serves as the Student Mentor, working with a diverse group of students to help them reach their practical academic goals. Coordinating student support between teachers, counselors, and parents, Mr. Lindberg seeks to compassionately equip students to be independent and driven stewards of their education.

Mr. Yohe earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa in Special Education and his graduate degree from the University of Idaho in Educational Administration. Throughout his 38 year career, he has gravitated towards students with learning and behavioral challenges and has received great satisfaction by designing unique adaptations and modifications to fit individual needs. Mr. Yohe has also designed and presented numerous seminars for teachers and parents. In 1999, he was named WLMA Middle School Principal of the year for the state of Washington. In his free time, he enjoys reading, fishing, camping, and attending various events to support his five children.
