The Intervention Team brings together counselors, teachers, specialists, and administration from many areas of Enlightium to support our students when the need arises.
The Intervention Team utilizes a comprehensive array of tools and techniques to closely monitor students and identify those most at-risk to struggle academically. We work with students who have low grades, low progress, or upon request by a counselor or teacher. Our goal is to equip students to maximize every resource at their disposal while also providing guidance to develop their academic skills.
K-12 Principal
Will Mead holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Seattle Pacific University. Before Enlightium, he worked in a local Christian school and, earlier in his career, as a scientist in a clinical laboratory.
Will joined Enlightium as a science teacher in 2017, then served in administration before entering his current role as Head of School. He believes that a thorough Christian education cultivates ongoing worship through the application of biblical truth in every facet of life.
Will’s foremost duty is obeying Christ as a husband and father to his wife and four children. During his leisure, he enjoys studying theology, philosophy, and history through great books.
