About

The Intervention Team

The purpose of the Intervention Team is to assess and support each student according to their specific needs. As it’s stated in the Bible, “Admonish the idle, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with them all” (1 Thess. 5:14 ESV).

The Intervention Team brings together counselors, teachers, specialists, and administration from many areas of Enlightium to support our students when the need arises.

The Intervention Team utilizes a comprehensive array of tools and techniques to closely monitor students and identify those most at-risk to struggle academically. We work with students who have low grades, low progress, or upon request by a counselor or teacher. Our goal is to equip students to maximize every resource at their disposal while also providing guidance to develop their academic skills.

Mission & Vision

Our objective is to equip students to overcome ongoing challenges, grow into lifelong learners, and uphold Christian discipline and character while cultivating resilience and resourcefulness.
