Director of Enrollment
Valentin Solodyankin has been in a private Christian education since 2007. He attended a Christian school during his high school years, and then studied at Whitworth University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in communication and theology and, upon graduating, he taught Bible, history, and music at a private school. Believing that God has called him to children’s ministry, Valentin has traveled to Ukraine, Russia, and Mexico for summer mission trips. At Enlightium Academy, Valentin is an Enrollment Consultant and works collaboratively with the EA School Chaplain on ministering to EA students via social platform.
Valentin is a family man who enjoys adventures. He has a lovely wife and a daughter, whom he adores. He loves to learn, travel, and participate in outdoor activities and sports. "Enjoy life," is a motto he adopted from his father, and a motto he lives by. “We live in a beautiful world that God created and have so little time to see it all!”
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart…”
After completing seven years of active duty in the United States Army, Ivan Solodyankin joined Enlightium Academy as an Enrollment Consultant. He attended a Christian school for the majority of his schooling and is currently pursuing his degree in Computer Science and Business at Whitworth University.
Ivan continues to serve his country as a Section Leader in the Washington National Guard. In his free time he enjoys riding his bike, training for marathons, and spending time with his family.
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
Le’Vance attended Moody Bible Institute. Believing that the Lord has called him to work with at-risk teens, he volunteered at Martin Hall Juvenile Detention Center before working at Enlightium Academy. At Enlightium Academy, the Lord has graced him with the opportunity to not only work with children, but to work with the enrollment advisory team in a Godly environment.
Le’Vance is a family man who loves sports. He has a beautiful wife and two little ones (one of whom attends Enlightium Academy). The most important thing to him is his family and friends, whom he loves. So when not working, you can be sure that he is hanging out with his family or friends. They read, pray, and laugh together. Lots of Jesus, and lots of laughter.
"People take refuge in the shadow of your wings."
Ms. Kudlaieva has been with Enlightium Academy since 2011 and works remotely while serving in Thailand. She received her BA in teaching English, Spanish and world literature in Ukraine, and is currently pursuing her master’s in educational leadership through Bob Jones University. She is certified with ACSI and TESOL, as well as in the State of Washington.
Ms. Kudlaieva finds joy in spending time outdoors with her family and friends. She is passionate about sharing the love of God through ESL lessons and activities that she organizes as a part of her ministry. She firmly believes that “fully loving and fully living are not only synonymous, but the kind of life that Jesus invited us to be part of.”
"Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen."
