Refine your students’ customer service skills and help them explore careers within information support and services. In this online course, students apply their knowledge of hardware and software as they learn how to maintain a safe work environment, develop critical assessment and analysis skills, and build interpersonal skills.
Ignitia Introduction to Information Support and Services gives your students practical training in analyzing technical support requests and performing customer service tasks. This CTE elective also lets learners practice information system analysis and design as they initiate system projects and evaluate applications within the information system.
