Keriamber has homeschooled her four children since 2011. She is passionate about empowering students and families to take ownership of their educational choices. She is fully committed to God’s calling to raise up children to discover their passions as curious and resourceful life-long learners. She considers her work with prospective and current Enlightium families a ministry and a joy.

Keriamber, along with her children and two dogs, are working their way through the Texas State Park trails with hopes to visit more National Parks. Keriamber enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, and rock climbing, as well as reading, cooking, and game nights with friends. Her family is active in their local homeschool community and church.

Ms. DePace graduated from Moody Bible Institute in Spokane, Washington. She began teaching at Enlightium Academy in 2018 in the Elementary department and transitioned to being the administrative assistant in 2022. She has a passion for Christian education and creating the best possible experience for families, students, and employees. 

Ms. DePace has been a collegiate women’s lacrosse coach since 2018. She also prioritizes her church family and volunteers as a worship leader, a leader in children’s ministry, and also as a youth leader where she gets to disciple a small group of high school girls.

Mr. Rothe received his Master’s in Education from Grand Canyon University in 2023. He has taught 9th and 8th grade English for Enlightium Academy. Mr. Rothe is passionate about teaching students and believes that each student is entitled to a quality education. Mr. Rothe is a licensed teacher in Washington State and is English and ACSI certified.

When he is not teaching or advising for Enlightium Academy, he coaches football and track and field for local Spokane high schools. When he is not collaborating with peers and students, he is spending time with his wife, son, and dog.

Ms. Benedict graduated with a Master’s of Science degree in School Counseling in 2019. During her time there, she became invested in working with high school students on social-emotional issues, particularly anxiety, and post-secondary planning. She began working with Enlightium Academy in 2019. She is state and ACSI-certified.

Ms. Benedict graduated from Western Washington University with a bachelor’s degree majoring in Business Management and minoring in English. While she was in the business world, she began volunteering with the youth program at her church and teaching Junior Achievement classes in local elementary schools. This fostered her passion for encouraging and working with students and led her to attend Eastern Washington University. She believes in fostering nurturing, encouraging relationships with students and parents and loves seeing students grow through cooperation and learning self-advocacy.

In her free time, Ms. Benedict loves taking long walks with Hank, her golden retriever, reading, spending time with her friends and family, writing, baking, and trying new foods and recipes.

Olesia joined Enlightium in 2018 to assist the K-8 counseling team and is now serving as the Director of Admissions. She received her Diploma of Bible Educator at International Christian College in 2003 and her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Music at Gonzaga University in 2006. She worked at a local private Christian school as a K-8th grade instructor and later as an Assistant Administrator. She is ACSI Certified. 

Olesia grew up in the church and from an early age developed a love for the Lord while her biological father served as a missionary and her mother supported him by taking care of a growing family. She was privileged to take part in many Christian seminars and workshops, deepening her knowledge of the Lord and Christian education while her adoptive parents pursued their dream of bringing Christian education first to the Slavic people, and later to students from all races across the USA and around the world.

Family is very important to Olesia. With her husband they are instilling a biblical foundation in their three children as they strive to serve the Lord in the home, at church, and the workplace. 

Mrs. Burke received her B.S. in secondary education for English through Grand Canyon University. She is Washington State certified.

 

Mrs. Burke completed her student teaching at a local private Christian school and was a  substitute teacher at public schools prior to joining the Enlightium Academy team in 2018. She enjoys finding new ways to help students learn and encouraging them to always do their best.

Mrs. Karina Kovalova received her MA in Linguistics in 2007 from CSTU, Ukraine. During her years at university, she aimed at bilingual education and foreign language pedagogy, which includes the French and English languages. Currently she is pursuing further education in the field of teaching a second language. She is CELTA certified and has experience in educating students of different ages and language levels. Mrs. Kovalova teaches French at Enlightium Academy.

Mrs. Kovalova enjoys teaching and finds an individual approach to improve her students' oral comprehension and communicative skills in foreign languages. Her main goal is to help students see the beauty of the French language and enrich their cultural awareness and personality through learning the French culture.

Bryan holds a degree in Information Processing. He creates, manages, and updates processes which accurately report student progress. Additionally, he uses process-building and workflow automation to make progress tracking informative and precise.

Bryan enjoys learning new skills or crafts and applying them in creative and innovative ways. He also enjoys running, playing ping pong, and playing basketball with his family. While in college, Bryan spent time tutoring his classmates. He enjoys sharing knowledge, as well as learning from others.

Valentin Solodyankin has been in a private Christian education since 2007. He attended a Christian school during his high school years, and then studied at Whitworth University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in communication and theology and, upon graduating, he taught Bible, history, and music at a private school. Believing that God has called him to children’s ministry, Valentin has traveled to Ukraine, Russia, and Mexico for summer mission trips. At Enlightium Academy, Valentin is an Academic Consultant and works collaboratively with the EA School Chaplain on ministering to EA students via social platform.

Liya Vogin has been dedicated to education since 2012. She began working with the Enlightium Academy registration team in 2014 and was later promoted to Head of Admissions in 2016. In 2021, Liya became the SalesForce Department Head, where she collaborates with her team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of internal systems.

Liya and her husband reside in Washington near their families and friends. They both love to travel and had the opportunity to live abroad, which was a dream come true! In her free time, Liya enjoys long walks, chatting with friends, scrapbooking, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Dr. Condrey holds a Bachelor of Arts in both Philosophy and Psychology, a Master of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a Ph.D. in Ethics & Practical Theology from the University of Edinburgh. He is ACSI certified.

Dr. Condrey currently leads the Bible Department and oversees all curriculum writing and revisions along with two others. He has served as a youth, young adult, and small group pastor in the local church, and has taught philosophy, ethics, and apologetics as an adjunct at several community colleges and universities. He is a published author (publications), has a contract with Wipf & Stock to publish an edited version of his PhD dissertation in 2022, and teaches philosophy at Pearl River Community College in Mississippi. He enjoys reading and writing, watching the NFL playoffs, playing disc golf, camping, trout fishing, and drinking coffee! Above all else, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He is passionate about helping young people construct a biblical worldview so that their faith involves both the mind and heart.

Nick Brimmer joined the Enlightium Academy as an Academic Consultant in 2017. Nick received his bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies and New Testament in 2014. In his spare time he loves visiting national parks and involving himself in the college ministry at his church. He is currently enrolled in Southern Baptist Seminary pursuing a degree in Pastoral Counseling. Nick is an avid photographer and writer and is into power lifting.

Michael received his Bachelors in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University and his Master of Arts in Communication from Grand Canyon University. He has worked at Enlightium Academy since 2015 as the Director of Communications handling internal procedures, policies, and communications. A part of his responsibility is to work on Enlightium’s website development, knowledge base, and mobile application. He is certified by ACSI.

Prior to attending college, Michael enlisted in the United States military in the field of cryptology, where he served on four continents. Michael has a love of learning and continually reads about any subject that interests him. He enjoys listening to audiobooks while running, having completed numerous half-marathons and marathons. Michael loves hiking and camping with his wife, daughters, and dog and plays the guitar, ukulele, and upright bass.

Ms. Allen has been with Enlightium since 2015. She is ACSI certified. 

Ms. Allen grew up in Seattle, Washington and attended a Christian school through 12th grade. She received her bachelor's degree in Social Work at Washington State University. While raising three children, she also became passionate about education, college, and career planning. Ms. Allen returned to school and received her Master’s degree in School Counseling K-12 from Gonzaga University.

During her spare time, she and her husband enjoy reading and spending time with friends and family. Spending time with family usually includes traveling, which Ms. Allen also loves to do. It is her desire to build a trusting relationship so her students can come to her with any issue, no matter how big or small it may seem. She especially likes helping students explore their own goals and passions for life beyond high school.

Mrs. Towner received a Masters in Education with an emphasis in School Counseling from Heritage University. She graduated from Northwest University with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Pastoral Care. She joined the Enlightium Academy team in 2014 and works as the Alliance Program consultant and counselor. She is state and ACSI-certified.

Prior to joining the Enlightium team, Mrs. Towner worked as a high school counselor in a public school in Central Washington State. She also volunteered as a registered therapeutic riding instructor through the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (now known as PATH International).

Mrs. Towner volunteers at her church as a worship leader for Kidz church, leading and mentoring a team of 8-12-year-old singers and dancers. In her free time, she and her husband enjoy spending time with their two children, and horse, Aspen.

Thomas Lambert has more than a decade of experience as a teacher and administrator in public and private education. He taught Spanish and math in public and private schools before coming to work for Enlightium Academy in 2015. He holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Eastern Washington University and is currently pursuing his doctorate in Educational Leadership at William Carey Univesity. Mr. Lambert is ACSI and Mississippi state-certified. 

As Enlightium Academy’s headmaster, Mr. Lambert is dedicated to developing a positive school culture that nurtures an atmosphere conducive to learning. 

Mr. Lambert has been married since 2010 and has three wonderful children. He loves outdoor activities like camping and playing disc golf, and he enjoys long distance running. In addition to his time in education, Mr. Lambert has served in various ministerial roles including both worship and pastoral ministry as well as church planting. He currently serves as an elder in his local church.

William Olson has taught in the K-12 environment for over 30 years, both in public and private schools. For a time, he worked as software developer and animation engineer for a local manufacturing firm. He also was a member of the United States Naval Reserve (DIAHQ 0522, MIUW 102 1990-2000) and has served at several overseas assignments. Holding degrees in Electrical Engineering, Economics, History and Geography, Mr. Olson enjoys teaching our Secondary Business and Technology course electives. Mr. and his lovely spouse have been married for over 30 years and have 3 grown adult children. He also an avid beekeeper and has about 30 honey bee colonies on a small farm in Stevens County.

Ms. Griffing holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and Writing from Whitworth University and a Master’s Degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from Northern Arizona University. She is ACSI certified.

Ms. Griffing started teaching for Enlightium Academy in 2015, before returning to teach abroad for the 2016-2017 school year. Since returning to Enlightium Academy in 2017, Ms. Griffing has taught a variety of courses and worked to write specialized English courses to meet student needs. She also founded and leads the English Language Learning (ELL) Program. Ms. Griffing particularly loves to teach writing because this is a chance for students to express themselves and learn a skill they will use for the rest of their lives.

Andrey received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources and a minor in Business Analytics from Eastern Washington University. Andrey has been with Enlightium since 2013 and is certified by ACSI.

He and his wife are enjoying the blessings and challenges of raising four young children. In his free time, Andrey can be found learning new things and spending time outside with his family.
