Ignitia Introduction to Careers in Government and Public Administration is a semester-long Career and Technical Education (CTE) elective for students who are interested in seeking a range of positions with government or non-profit agencies. The introductory course in American politics and public administration helps students in grades 11-12 explore a variety of public sector functions, including general government, health administration, foreign service, homeland security, law enforcement, transportation and infrastructure, campaign consulting, and procurement.
Like all CTE courses found within Ignitia, Introduction to Careers in Government and Public Administration teaches employable skills that have real-world relevance. The rigorous, hands-on course content preps students at your Christian school for career and college readiness.
