Familiarize students in grades 9-12 with career options in the manufacturing industry with this Career and Technical Education (CTE) elective. Ignitia Introduction to Careers in Manufacturing starts by exploring the economic effect of manufacturing in the United States and abroad. It then moves on to cover topics including process improvements, safety and regulations, career options, and advanced manufacturing. The semester-long course falls within the manufacturing career cluster.

Like all CTE courses found within Ignitia, Introduction to Careers in Manufacturing teaches employable skills that have real-world relevance. The rigorous, hands-on course content preps students at your Christian school for career and college readiness.
