Part of the Education and Teaching career cluster, this Career and Technical Education (CTE) elective introduces students to the fundamental foundations of teaching and training. The semester-long course provides effective strategies for conveying new information and knowledge to students and employees. Additionally, the course covers topics including how to construct learning opportunities for students or trainees, how to determine the effectiveness of content and teaching styles, and how to manage the instructional environment.
