Our graduation ceremony honors your student's hard work, your family's commitment, and the community that's walked alongside you every step of the way.

If your student is graduating mid-year or on a non-traditional timeline, we can still include them in the next ceremony. Reach out to the registrar to confirm eligibility.
The Ceremony
The Graduation Ceremony's timeline is as follows:
Enlightium is accredited by Cognia, ACSI, and recognized by the NCAA, and CollegeBoard AP — so the diploma your student earns opens the same doors as any other accredited high school.

11:00 am • Rehearsal & Orientation
All graduating seniors must attend the rehearsal in order to participate in the ceremony. Family and friends are not required to attend, but will be able to wait in the building.
3:00 pm • Graduation Ceremony
Celebrate your students and their friends as they complete this chapter of their life and journey into the next one. In-person attendance is available to all Enlightium families. For those unable to attend in-person, a live stream will be made available in the Enlightium Parents app.

View ActivitiesWhile Enlightium provides qualifying graduating seniors with stoles and cords, Enlightium does not provide caps, gowns, or tassels to seniors. We require all caps, gowns, and tassels to be navy blue.
We recommend ordering your cap, gown, and tassel no later than April to ensure a timely delivery. You can order from a store of your choosing, provided the items adhere to the requirements.
Phoenix is full of family-friendly fun, so plan a few extra days around the ceremony. Explore the Phoenix Zoo, the Desert Botanical Garden, OdySea Aquarium, or the Children's Museum of Phoenix. Families who love the outdoors can catch a desert sunrise on one of the city's many hiking trails.
May days in Phoenix are warm and sunny, so pack sunscreen, water bottles, and light clothing for daytime activities.
Yes! Participating in the graduation ceremony is a fun opportunity for seniors; it is recommended, but not required. Enlightium will mail graduating students their diplomas if they are unable to attend.
Students and their families who cannot participate in the graduation ceremony have a couple of other options. You can host your own private graduation ceremony with friends and family. Enlightium will also live stream the graduation ceremony and make the link available to students and their parents. Families can use the live feed or view the recording anytime after.
No. The graduation ceremony is open to currently enrolled students in grades PreK-12 and their families. We encourage our graduating students and their families to travel to the graduation ceremony, if possible, to celebrate our seniors and to attend the following picnic
If the graduating senior will be present for the in-person ceremony, they will need to order through Jostens for consistent robes, tassels, etc.
You can order your cap, gown, and tassel in Enlightium’s colors.
Please dress in a semi-formal or professional attire. Men should wear slacks, button up shirts, and dress shoes. Women should wear a dress or skirt that is at least knee length or longer, or dress pants and a blouse with dress shoes. Please review the Enlightium Events dress code policy.
All physical diplomas will be mailed in mid-February, mid-July, or the end of August, depending on when each student’s graduation requirements are audited and finalized. However, those who attend graduation will receive their diploma box, which includes some fun gifts.
