Dr. Muñiz attended the University of Puerto Rico, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. She also attended the University of South Carolin, where she received further education in Chemistry. Dr. Muniz has vast experience teaching chemistry and physics.

Dr. Muñiz was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She married her college sweetheart, and her three children and grandchildren are the joy of her life. Her family enjoys getting together and playing board games.
