Bobby has worked in youth ministry for 20 years. He continues to serve as the Youth and Creative Arts Pastor at Graceview Baptist Church, where he has been since 2013. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education from Howard Payne University and a Masters of Arts in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. He is the son/grandson/nephew of lifetime educataors and views education as the key to a successful society.

Bobby grew up and still lives in Tomball, Texas, which is a suburb of Houston. He is married to his beautiful wife, Janice and has three boys, Brayden, Landon and Easton, and two dogs, Lucy and Bruno. In his free time he loves to be outdoors, grilling/BBQing, playing disc golf, coaching baseball or camping. He also enjoys movies and books as well as playing board and card games. He is passionate about Houston sports teams and loves to attend games any time he can!
