Mrs. Hinton is currently serving as the Elementary and Middle School Principal at Enlightium Academy, where she has dedicated six years to promoting the spiritual, academic, social, and emotional growth of the students. Mrs. Hinton holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Delta State University, complemented by an M.Ed. in Virtual Instruction and Distance Learning from Lesley University. Mrs. Hinton is ACSI certified.

Before stepping into her role as Elementary and Middle School Principal, Mrs. Hinton began her career in the classroom - teaching at the elementary and middle school level before taking on the high school art appreciation course. She then advanced to K–8 Assisstant Principal, building a deep understanding of students across every stage of development and the unique dynamics each level brings.

Mrs. Hinton is passionate about building strong relationships with families, believing in their crucial role in a student's educational journey. At Enlightium Academy, Mrs. Hinton strives to create an environment where every student feels supported and inspired to achieve their fullest potential, guided by a Christian worldview.
