Erica joined the Enlightium Academy Admissions Department in 2025. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Washington University in 2024. After spending a year working in a school setting, Erica discovered a strong passion for education and supporting students and families. She felt grateful for the opportunity to transition into a more behind-the-scenes role at Enlightium Academy, where she continues to contribute to the student experience through her work in admissions.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys staying active through hiking and tennis during the warmer months, and prefers cozier activities like reading and watching movies when the weather is colder. She also enjoys spending time with her family and boyfriend. Having grown up with seven siblings, along with additional foster siblings, Erica is never short of companionship or friendly competition.
