Thomas Lambert brings more than 15 years of experience in public and private education, having taught Spanish and mathematics before joining Enlightium Academy in 2015. He holds master's and specialist's degrees in Educational Leadership and is completing his doctorate at William Carey University. He is certified through both ACSI and the state of Mississippi.

As Enlightium’s superintendent, Mr. Lambert is dedicated to maintaining a positive school culture that nurtures an atmosphere conducive to learning. He believes that partnering with parents is paramount in ensuring each child continues to grow academically and spiritually. He loves working with churches and small private schools to expand access to Christian education in their communities and make a generational impact locally.

Mr. Lambert has been married since 2010 and has three wonderful children. He loves outdoor activities like camping and running, but he loves spending time with his wife and children most of all. In addition to his time in education, Mr. Lambert has served in various ministerial roles, including both worship and pastoral ministry, as well as church planting. He currently serves as the worship pastor in his local church.
