Ignitia Troubleshooting: A Question has an Incorrect Answer

As students navigate through their assignments, once in a while, they may come across a typo or an answer that might be wrong. Publishers do their best to produce high-quality work, but still might post a few errors. This is why publishing companies are open to feedback and issuing editions every few years.
You, as a parent, might recall a situation when your child was working hard on their science test. They studied all day and know the information inside out. Suddenly, during the test, from the living room, “Moooom!”
A question has an answer that your student (and you) know to be incorrect.
The good news is that this rarely happens and should not affect your student’s grade.
The bad news is that the grade may show as lower for a few days.
Solution: Take a screenshot and send your student’s teacher a (nice) email explaining the issue and providing the screenshot. The teacher will then communicate to the publishers about the error and not count a “wrong answer” against the student's grade.

Mrs. Price received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Mississippi State University and her Master’s Degree focusing on Secondary Education - English. She has been teaching English since 2012 at both the secondary and collegiate level. Mrs. Price currently lives in Mississippi with her husband, Madison, and their two young children: a fearless five-year-old, Lawson, and an outgoing seven-year-old, Marin.
She is a theater person at heart and enjoys both directing and acting in plays and musicals, though her favorite is performing in musicals. She has been active in theatrical shows for 25 years and has been honored and thrilled to perform numerous titular roles on stage. She enjoys being able to continue using her talents to treat her teaching lessons as a performance and keep the students engaged. Mrs. Price is ACSI-certified.
