Ignitia Troubleshooting: Ignitia is Saying That Not All Questions are Answered

Li’l Billy wrapped up his science quiz and is ready to submit. Suddenly, from the living room, “Moooom!” The screen says that not all questions are answered, but Li’l Billy is sure that they are.
The good news is that there is a simple answer: not all of the questions were answered.
The bad news is Li’l Billy will need to be patient and diligent.
Solution: Click on the first question and ensure it was answered. Then click “Next Question” and repeat through all of the questions.
If, for some reason, all of the questions have an answer, but it still shows as “not all questions are answered,” take a screenshot of each page, save it to your computer, submit the quiz, and then (nicely) reach out to your student’s teacher with the issue and ask if you can provide the screenshots. Your student’s teacher will provide additional assistance from there.
