Li’l Billy has just started an English test. He’s confident he will do great on his test. Suddenly, from the living room, “Moooom!” For some reason, when he clicks on a text box to type in “A”, “B”, or “C”, the “answers” already show up.
The good news is that it’s not actually showing the answers to the test. It is auto-filling the text from a previous test or another website. This is the same feature that auto-fills your home address if you are shipping something to your home using your personal laptop.
The bad news is you will need to clear your cache and cookies, which will log you out of Ignitia and other sites. Clearing your cache and cookies is actually a great practice as it can assist with some troubleshooting issues, result in improved website performance, and free up space on your computer.
