About

Admissions Team

The Admissions Team is available to assist with all things enrollment including requesting a report card/transcript from the previous school, assigning entrance assessments, and receiving any other appropriate records.

The Enlightium Academy Admissions team starts the initial process of onboarding students. They coordinate with parents and the student’s previous school to collect all necessary documentation such as report cards for grades K-8, transcripts for grades 9–12, and health records (as applicable) in order to finalize the student’s enrollment.

The Admissions team assigns entrance assessments which, in conjunction with the provided records, will be used by the student’s counselor to determine the appropriate academic plan for the student.

Enlightium’s registrars also assist with releasing students' records to receiving schools and report cards/transcripts to the parents.

Olesia joined Enlightium in 2018 to assist the K-8 counseling team and is now serving as the Director of Admissions. She worked at a local private Christian school as a K-8th grade instructor and later as an Assistant Administrator. She is ACSI Certified.

Olesia grew up in the church and from an early age developed a love for the Lord while her biological father served as a missionary and her mother supported him by taking care of a growing family. She was privileged to take part in many Christian seminars and workshops, deepening her knowledge of the Lord and Christian education while her adoptive parents pursued their dream of bringing Christian education first to the Slavic people, and later to students from all races across the USA and around the world.

Family is very important to Olesia. With her husband, they are instilling a biblical foundation in their three children as they strive to serve the Lord in the home, at church, and at the workplace.
